An operating layer for Saudi businesses

A full operating team
behind a single company.

Ask Noor. She routes the work across fourteen digital teammates — legal, compliance, finance, HR, operations. They work in parallel; your signature is the only final stop.

THE PROBLEM

Formation is easy. The twelve months after are the hard part.

The moment your company exists, the real obligations begin — in Arabic, across several government portals, on deadlines that wait for no one.

01 — TIME
Your time goes to paperwork

Every hour on government portals and follow-ups is an hour away from your actual business.

02 — COST
A full team is out of budget

Hiring full-time legal, finance and HR is beyond the budget of most young companies.

03 — RISK
One missed deadline is enough

A late filing or renewal can mean a fine, a suspended transaction, or a lost opportunity.

END-TO-END WALKTHROUGH

Forming a company, from request to operations

Six real stages. Click any stage to follow it, or let it play.

YOU
I want to register a tech company in Riyadh, single founder, building a SaaS product.
NOOR
Understood. The right fit is a single-owner LLC. I am identifying the activity codes and routing to legal, compliance and research.
Nothing executes at this stage. Noor only understands, plans and routes.

CASE WALKTHROUGH · ILLUSTRATIVE

A tech company in Riyadh, one founder

An illustrative path through the first weeks — built on typical formation requirements, not a real client.

DAY 1
One conversation sets everything

Activity, city, entity type, ownership structure. Noor builds the formation plan and routes the tasks.

DAY 2–4
Documents ready for review

Articles of association, trade-name request and activity codes — drafted and reviewed by compliance and internal audit.

DAY 5
Your signature — the only step that is yours

Three documents, a one-page summary for each, every fact sourced.

WEEK 2–3
Filing and follow-up to the commercial register

Compliance chases the authorities, finance prepares the bank-account file, operations arranges the national address.

MONTH 2+
Continuous operations instead of late firefighting

A compliance calendar built on your activity: renewals, returns, payroll and invoicing — followed up automatically before each date.

FOUNDER'S SHARE OF WORK
3signatures only

Instead of daily follow-up across portals and scattered correspondence.

SECURITY & DATA HANDLING

Your documents are encrypted, isolated and logged

Identity documents and the filing ledger are encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per engagement, and carry a retention policy. Every action is written to an append-only audit log you can read.

Encryption and least privilege

Encrypted in transit and at rest; each digital teammate is scoped to its own domain.

An append-only audit log

Who asked, who executed, when you signed — a timestamped record ready for any regulatory review.

Export and deletion on your command

A full export of your company files at any time, and permanent deletion on request.

REGULATORY POSTURE

Clear limits, stated to the regulator

Adam drafts, researches, classifies and follows up on your behalf — and never decides. Nothing with legal or financial effect leaves the system without your signature.

ENTITY
A Kingdom-registered entity with Saudi-owned IP.
SCOPE
Adam does not replace a licensed lawyer or accountant, and gives no binding legal opinion.
LICENSING
Anything requiring a professional license is routed to a licensed advisor, with the file staying in your workspace.
CONTROL
The e-signature is yours alone and cannot be delegated to the system.
FAQ

Questions founders usually ask

Does Adam replace my lawyer or accountant?+

No. Adam handles day-to-day execution, and its governance prevents any binding decision. The decision and the signature stay with you, and you can always turn to a licensed advisor.

Where is my company data stored?+

Encrypted at rest and in transit, isolated per engagement, with a retention policy on every document and an append-only audit log of every action. Data residency inside the Kingdom is on the roadmap; this page will say so once it is live, not before.

What happens if a digital teammate gets something wrong?+

Nothing executes without review and signature. Every output carries its source, internal audit reviews before it reaches you, and you can stop any task at any moment.

Does Adam really work in Arabic, or is it translated?+

Arabic is a first language of the product. Correspondence, minutes and filings are drafted natively in Arabic and English, in the register a ministry expects.

When is Adam available, and what does it cost?+

Soon, in Saudi Arabia. Pricing is announced when early access opens, and the early list is the first invited and informed.
